I’ve been scrolling over my Instagram feed for the last couple of months. And every single day a marvelous Bali beach image would caught my attention. This gave me the stimulance to schedule a royal adventure to this magical island. Looking back at this trip I don't understand why I didn't travel to this place sooner.

As soon as I settled into my villa, my inner Jane came out. Ready to run through the wood and get lost in this place. Well, not completely lost.. But let’s just say I was ready for a new royal adventure. Something that really slipped my mind before traveling to this tropical destination, were the insects and animals that comes with it. Especially with me not coping well with almost all things that swim, fly, crawls or runs around on this planet. This was set to be the biggest challenge.

I was ready for a new royal adventure.

Literally the first night I found myself inside my mosquito net, while a bat was flying through my room. Speaking about this gives me chills! Shocked and scared would not describe the way I was feeling that moment. I could not believe that this was happening. As this situation got solved I was dedicated to get through this adventure and see where it would take me. But only under one condition. It’s had to be a royal adventure.

Therefore I wore my big girl panties and started a brand new day with all the confidence in me. Dressed in a snake maxi dress, feeling like a queen in the forest.
