Every new season gives me such a boost. Well, lets’ say most seasons do.

Knowing that there are new projects coming up, fashion month is about to start and my birthday is around the corner. I feel more motivated than ever and ready to take the bull by it's horns. Therefore I’ve been planning this season months ahead to avoid working like a crazy person. Given, the advantages that each season has I was deliberating what my key item would be are for this season.

In this way the first question that pops into my head is: What will be my key item? A key item for me is something that I simply can not go without. Whether I am in a hurry for a meeting, plane or event. This key item is something that can’t be missed. One of my key items for this season is definitely the trench coat By Malene Birger.

In contrast with my feelings when I just receive this trench coat. I caught myself staring at imagine how I would be wearing this trench. It appeared so big to me, even with my 5’9 I though I can not pull this off without at least 10 inch heels. Don’t get me wrong! I think a woman should wear heels every single day. Yes you heard me correctly. A woman should be wearing heels every single day. But at the same time I can really appreciate an item that I can wear with different styles and to various occasions.

To get a balance I wore this trench coat to a business meeting and these ZARA boots which are just right for this season. No matter what my destination is. I find myself grabbing my By Malene Birger trench coat as a finishing touch. For those who are following me on social media saw me rocking this trench coat with a pair of sneakers for an international flight. Yes, I am ready for this season and found my key item that will take me through it.
