Creek Princess

One thing I absolutely recommend you to do at nights is to visit the Dubai Mall. A must see is the music fountain show with Arabic music, the show re-starts every 30 minutes. We decided to go to this Lebanese restaurant called Sammach. You’ll find the restaurant straight across the Dubai Mall in the, Souk Al Bahar. From were I was sitting I could see the whole fountain show and admire the Burj Khalifa, the tallest building in the world. It was very entertaining and I was so amazed that I got emotional of the whole show. Even tough I could not understand a word of the lyrics it was still beautiful to watch, while enjoying a delicious meal. Since this was my first time try on Lebanese food, I just didn't know what to expect! I love to believe that I make right choices. They brought us tons of dishes to taste. And I found myself very lucky again, with the so called “Ladyfingers”, which I really loved. They’re simply deep fried fish fingers. Ah! Just delicious

After our meal I was surprised with a private boat tour across the Dubai Creek. Please guess what the name of the boat was...? Creek Princess!! Also a fun fact is that the boat was enlightened with pink lights. What more could I ask for. It was so relaxing to sail at midnight, surrounded by the city lights. Ever since I arrived in Dubai I was talking about the creek. It has so much of history. This is an experience that I’ll never forget.

That same night I said to myself to not to be overdressed for dinner. So I decided to wear some pants and a basic white top. Combined with my favorite gold vest to make sure I wasn't getting cold at night and actually came in handy on the boat trip.
